Wild88 Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Throughout this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry defined meanings and are used consistently:

• "Wild88" or "Platform" — refers to the wild88.biz website and all services provided through it, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports, and all related products.
• "Player" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses the Wild88 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the user account registered on Wild88 by a player.
• "Bet" — refers to any bet or wager placed by a player through the Wild88 platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, deposit bonuses, cashback, or any other financial benefit granted by Wild88 to a player.
• "MYR" or "RM" — refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on Wild88.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover" — refers to the wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

All section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained therein.

To register and use Wild88, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Wild88 does not permit minors to use the platform in any capacity.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• You are only permitted to have one account at Wild88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any account balances.
• You must play using your own funds and not on behalf of any other person.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. Wild88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Wild88 support immediately at support@wild88.biz.
• Wild88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting the Wild88 support team. Any remaining funds in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all KYC requirements have been met.

Wild88 operates a 24-hour monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. If unusual activity is identified, Wild88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes, in order to protect your interests and the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on Wild88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Wild88 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the Wild88 team.
• Wild88 reserves the right to request a KYC verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of your funds.
• Wild88 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals made via the Malaysian payment methods listed above.

• If a match has started but is abandoned before completion due to exceptional circumstances, the outcome of any bets placed will be determined according to the specific market rules stated at the time the bet was made.
• For live in-play betting, Wild88 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any point during a match, particularly during significant events such as red cards, injuries, or technical issues.
• If there is an obvious technical error in odds pricing — for example, odds that deviate significantly from true market value — Wild88 reserves the right to void the affected bet even after it has been accepted by the system.
• Parlay or accumulator bets are only valid if all legs involve separate, independent matches. Related or correlated bets are not permitted.

Wild88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, odds boosts, and VIP bonuses. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, but the following general rules apply to all Wild88 promotions:

• Every bonus comes with a requirement rollover that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player per specified promotion, except for recurring promotions such as weekly cashback.
• Wild88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already claimed by players will remain in effect under their original terms.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: You can set a maximum loss limit for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place new bets until that period ends.
• Temporary Break: You can choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a duration of your choice. During this cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for betting or casino games.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop permanently, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion. Your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register.

• A player who has applied for self-exclusion attempts to re-register using a different identity.

If your account is suspended for a legitimate reason, any account balance unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to you once the investigation is complete and all KYC requirements have been fully satisfied.

Wild88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption at all times. We strive to maintain the highest possible uptime, but occasional technical disruptions are beyond our control.

In all circumstances, Wild88's maximum liability to any player is limited to the actual amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Continued use of the Wild88 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.
